    SPR group join hands with Binny mills to develop an integrated township in Chennai. The 63 acre massive project will be one of the biggest in Chennai with close a realisation cost of close to rupees 10,000. It will have a combination of residential, commercial and wholesale facilities. The project is likely to get under way around diwali this year. This may also result as a boost in north Chennai as the developers are more focused at southern and western parts of city.
